Cleanliness of the hotel is average, the breakfast is humble. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is not directly on the beach as I was thinking. Experienced very loud noises from the guests early in the morning. The staff are kind.

Nice small compact property. Need to pay to get ride anywhere (like most Khanom hotels) will try pool villa next time. In our top 3 for that area. Staff was great as with all Thai hospitality.

This is a great choice for Pattaya by the beach and near Walking Street and all activities. Great staff, spacious rooms, good bed, linens and towels. The pool area is a tropical paradise and breakfast buffet excellent! It’s a little dated but still a great choice!

I wasn’t very impressed by this property, online I read great reviews so I was hoping for a great experience. Upon pulling in I was underwhelmed by the entrance as it’s shared with a mall and not a particularly nice one. We checked in and the lobby area is nice, they offer some complimentary infused waters and such. The pool area is very nice as is the breakfast. What wasn’t nice was the room and the hallway to the room, I was shocked when I got up the elevator and realized the hallways were outdoors like a motel. Next we went to the room and the age of the room immediately showed. The bathroom in particular was not nice at all, gross grout patch, a dated tub with soap scum and mildew, blinds in the shower(very strange), the TV doesn’t support Netflix or streaming from your phone so be prepared to watch local Thai TV at night. The beach is not part of the property it is across a very busy street so keep that in mind as well.
