"The parking terrace was a pain - working only part of the time. That company was unreachable for help; the resort manager's office was separate & could not help. The key fob failed several times to open the building from the parking terrace. Leaving one stuck waiting for someone else to come out so you could get in - not secure & very inconvenient. To add to the insult one paid extra fees to not be able to use it."

"The first room was dirty with broken fixtures throughout. I contacted Expedia and the property. The property moved us to another unit 24 hours later after I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning, doing laundry and contacting Expedia and the property to find a resolution. Then repacking and moving based on the property’s schedule. The property promised a refund/compensation but as of 10 days later still hasn’t responded with a compensation/refund proposal.
