"The $25 per day amenities fee was a surprise. Expedia should factor that in the total out-of-pocket cost on its listing. Having a subtext was misleading. This extra charge was unnecessary and would have made me select another hotel."

"We booked a room for two adults and a 15 year old - clearly 3 beds. We were given a room with a double bed only - obviously wrong. It took Herculean efforts to get this changed and even when we did, we had to wait to transfer cases to the new room and the bed was still not made up at 10pm that night. Mistakes can happen, I get that however it’s how you respond to mistakes that matters. This took too long to resolve."

"Liked the staff and the location . Best located hotel in Boston and all the staff and Bostonians couldn’t have been more welcoming , friendly and helpful. Our stay was to watch Scotland in the World Cup and to enjoy the city of Boston .
Room was clean and comfortable with a big bathroom and good facilities .
A kettle in the room would be a great addition but the staff did tell
Us we could get hot water from the attached restaurant for tea and we did make use of this ."
