"My room was kept very clean especially as I managed to tread mud on my shoes. I was comfortable in bed and the temperature of my room was perfect. I loved the walk in shower too and the bathroom felt roomy."

"Sorry never got the name of the lady who booked us in but she was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and this sets the stay off to a good start. Thank you!
The stay was lovely and comfortable. Been here quite a few times and will continue to do so. Just feel very welcome at the queens. Breakfast was also very nice, bit noisy due to the acoustics of the room but still very nice. Going to the room the room makeover team were also very welcoming as we walked through. Top notch hotel. "We are continuously surprised by the incredible customer service and amazing welcome we get EVERY time we come to quebecs. The hotel itself is just stunning and we feel like we have entered luxury everytime. We are usually met by a lady named Joy who is just the loveliest colleague who makes our stay feel special everytime. Also Caroline, the manager is super sweet too, she does her best to make us feel like VIP's
This is our favourite place and we will be back!!"
