"it was out first time in nyc and we wanted something close by to the penn station as we arrived from newark. upon arrival the checkin staff was super nice and helpful. the space was smaller and than expected and a few areas in the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. we were also unaware of the show you key card policy when you want to return to your room after going out as the staff the previous night never asked for it. however on our third bight there the staff were very rude and didn’t...

"Horrible experience."

"I love that the hotel is close to all the cool shops and eateries."

"Great location. Room window looked at building next door - and a roof top - couldn't see the sky. Not a mjor issue but meant drapes were permanently closed"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
