"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was so small that two people could not walk past the bed at the same time. I wonder if we got this awful room because we used Expedia. The people at the front desk were so very rude. If you happen to get in the wrong line to ask a question, you get a very snide remark in return. We love NYC and visit here every year. We will never stay here again."

I was given a $200 inconvenience voucher for use on the property just before I checked out, so it was of little use. Service here is a mess right now. After years of loyalty to the Palace, I doubt I'll stay there again. Not the same place any more"

They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
