"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Ann Arbor for 3 nights during our daughter’s University of Michigan graduation.
The location was excellent and ideal for commencement weekend. The decor was charming and very much in the university spirit, and the staff’s enthusiasm for the graduates was genuinely touching. "Do not book this hotel if you expect basic cleanliness or professional service. It was easily the most frustrating hotel experience we’ve ever had. Despite making daily, repeated requests to the front desk and management (Gabrielle, Travis, Danielle, and Kyle) to have our rooms cleaned, housekeeping skipped us every single day. We were constantly given empty promises that it would be taken care of, yet nothing was done.

"The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. "We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv.
