"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Paul from maintenance was fantastic. When our toilet unexpectedly flooded our room, he was kind, professional, and apologetic. He deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was awful. Our room was outdated and dirty, with stained caulk around the tub and a grimy bathroom counter. The flood delayed our entire day and forced us to miss our planned trip to Belle Isle....
