The room was serviced daily and towels replaced even without asking. The bed was very comfortable and there were no noise issues. "The hotel was lovely, chilled and in a really good location. Rooms were massive for a normal city break and the staff on reception were so helpful. Only issue I personally had was in my room only one socket worked (the bathroom). Not a major issue but maybe for someone who is there for business and needs the use of multiple sockets it may have been a problem"
