"I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel and genuinely do not understand how it qualifies as a 5-star property. In my opinion, it is closer to a 3-star hotel. The service throughout my stay was consistently poor. Staff responsiveness and overall guest experience were far below expectations for a hotel in this category and price range. "Beautiful room, perfectly located with short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Colosseum, Piazza Novona, and numerous great restaurants. We took a taxi to the Vatican, but walked back (so walking is very comfortable). Francesca at the front desk was amazingly helpful with us booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend."
