"Everything at this hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very clean and the pool was perfect after a day at the beach. Chairs are rented for a fee but well worth it! The breakfast had a menu with so many options to choose from! We will be back one day!"

"Wonderful iconic hotel with delightful service. The dinner on the terrace with entertainment is not to be missed. The gym is the worst I’ve ever seen in over 1,000 hotel stays: the one machine was broken all four days and it probably has been and will be. There are five dumbbells, two sets and an orphan. I know it’s Rimini, but for any hotel, let alone The Grand, this is unacceptable."

"Hotel is dated, rooms are worn and cleanliness is an issue around the hotel. Everything is pretty damp. Air conditioning has trouble and rooms are very small. It is not a luxury experience at all. Only thing that is really worth it is the breakfast. Hotel smells like a pool at its best and like cigarettes at its worst. Disappointing."

"Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Promenade e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. La struttura è molto curata, le camere sono pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Il personale è sempre stato gentile, accogliente e disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa.
La colazione è abbondante e varia, con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, comoda per raggiungere il mare e i principali punti di interesse della zona.

"This was a beautiful hotel as expected. Our only issue were the staff during breakfast.
We wasn’t seated, we had to keep catching staff to ask for coffee etc (which we waited 30mins to receive!) it seems there were a lot of lower grade staff replenishing the food etc, but they were not allowed to deal with the customers, they were the most helpful tbh. But had to go ask their superiors each time we had a simple question. It was a shame as everything else was amazing."
