"Loved my stay at Lady Hill Sapa 🌿 The staff were incredibly sweet from check-in to the spa, and special shoutout to the bell boys for being so helpful and kind. The only downside was the food — very Western and just okay. Overall, the hospitality made the stay so memorable."

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time.
Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"The hotel had panoramic views throughout, over the valley, mountains and rice fields. Good amenities, amazing staff and great food. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and catered for the masses.
Which was a downside, there were masses. A LOT of people stay at this hotel and it seemed like it was always busy with buses coming and going all day. There is a tourist spot next door that also tends to block the driveway area. The top bar was best to get a quiet drink, with most people using...

"The property is very clean. Its comparable to staying in a cabin surrounded by lush trees and plants. Breakfast is a complete meal not just the typical cereals and muffins. They have noodle soup eggs cooked to your liking. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again."
