"Breakfast not included. Elevators were biggest problem, running slow Otherwise this was the perfect stay. Staff is friendly, attentive, great service. I would stay here again. Location is also great with access to ferries up and down the river. Very convenient bc traffic is terrible. "

The pool and fitness facilities exceeded expectations as well. The breakfast was a special experience and wonderful way to begin the day. The hotel restaurant was satisfactory for the price while the food at the rooftop bar was subpar. Overall it was an amazing stay and we would love to return. "

"Spacious room, very clean. Despite of apparently being old, the hotel is in very good conditions. Restaurants , bars and swimming pool are great but a bit pricy. The river shuttle to the mall is very convenient. Staff is great "

If you need to exchange money, you can do it there at the hotel, or there’s plenty of places inside of the mall attached to the hotel, and it is by far one of the most convenient and amongst one of the nicest places to stay!"
