"Daily breakfast was wonderful.
For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name.
Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks.
Gym was mediocre, but with the proximity to the promenade it was ok, since we were able to run 5-10k daily outside anyway.
All in all, the hotel...

"We arrived at around 4pm hungry from a long flight ,when we asked where we could get a snack we were told to go to the bar ,the bar staff informed us that they couldn’t provide anything as there were no chefs available and weren’t able to get anything from room service and would have to wait until7 pm for the restaurants to open.The concierge suggested that the only way we would get anything to eat was to take an uber to the local shopping centre !
Overall not a good start to our break and...
