The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast has something for everyone and the pool is a great hideaway from the busy city. "Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "
