"The room was not clean. The hot tub was not usable and had black particles if you used the jets. The toilet was not properly cleaned and had urine stains around the seat and the floor, the mirrors were dirty and the couch smelled so bad. There was dust and all

"My family loved Ocean El Faro. Our concierge Miguel Garrido was a great host/guide. He arranged all our dinners and he helped us check out promptly. We enjoyed eating at the burger bar. The kids loved the splash pad. The beach and the lazy river. They enjoyed dancing in the sqaure every night. We had a wonderful experience. "

"W is a kind of action party vibe brand with music speakers and noise everywhere, even at the “quiet” pool. Not somewhere if you want tranquil relaxation. Building is a deep. V to the sea so ocean view is a side view. Non ocean view rooms look on to neighbouring vegetation. Chef is a highlight - food high standard in all restaurants though perhaps would become limited after a while. Some really great members of staff - others still learning. "
