"初日は雨でしたが2日目には上がり
目的だった素晴らしいお庭を堪能する事が出来ました。
鯉のぼりが風にたなびく中、桜が終わった後の新緑が美しく、シャガや菖蒲…奥の竹林には若竹が伸びている姿を発見し、移りゆく日本の四季を感じる事が出来嬉しかったです。つがいの鳩、雀、シラサギ…水の音も心地良く、心満たされました。
レストランなどのサービスに関しましては
個人の見解ではありますが日本のきめ細やかなサービスと言うよりは、海外でのサービス、と感じました。
とは言え施設、お料理、アメニティなど素晴らしく、何よりお庭を目当てにまた伺いたいと思いました。

"The hotel has nice lobby and rooms. Close to Kyoto station, cost only about 800 yen to hotel, and close to few cultural sites. The staffs are friendly, and helpfull. I and my wife love the japanese breakfast thwy served."

"Banyan tree made our trip in Kyoto. The concierge and hotel staff were so helpful with planning and implementing my engagement plans, I can’t thank them enough. The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are in keeping with a proper Ryoken with a modern twist. I highly recommend staying "
