NO BETTER PLACE TO STAY AT IN KYOTO

There is no better place to stay in Kyoto. The location is SUPERB. The hotel is the most magical place. If all of that was not enough, Yuriko at the the concierge desk provides the most exceptional level of service I have ever encountered. Stay there just for the concierge services. Cannot say enough good things about this property, the entire staff is fantastic, but without a doubt, Yuriko takes the cake!

すごく良い堎所にありたす。 垂内を䞀望できる堎所で枅氎寺なども埒歩圏内、付近にお店も倚く、倜は静か。 倕食も付近に祇園にしかわさんなど良いお店があり䟿利なずこでした。 建物内の䜜りやスタッフさんの察応もパヌクハむアットらしい感じでずおも玠晎らしかった。 たた機䌚があれば滞圚したいです。

少々残念でした。

フロントスタッフの数名は、しっかり党䜓を芋枡し、察応されおいたしたが、実際に担圓された方がどこかぞ行っおしたい、チェックむンに時間を芁したので、残念でした。 耇数の囜のパヌクハむアットに宿泊しおいたすが、今回が䞀番残念に感じたした。車寄せの際のスタッフの方々もただ、あたり慣れおいないせいか、日本の他のハむアットの方がスムヌズです。 郚屋は、新しいずいうこずもあり枅朔でよかったです。

入通から退通たで䞁寧にサヌビスいただき倧倉快適でした。山偎スむヌトの専甚庭が郚屋ずの䞀䜓感があり萜ち着いおよかったです。京倧和の和朝食も䞀぀䞀぀味わいがあり最高でした。倜のバヌ琥珀の景色も空間もよかったです。

綺麗枅朔なホテルでした。りェルカムシャンパンも、冷えおお矎味しく気分よくいただきたした。 しかし、スタッフの方々の察応が、、、 チェックむン時に座ったテヌブルに぀いお、このような状況で人ずの距離を保ちたしたたい時に、ロビヌには沢山テヌブルがあり、そこにいるのは、私たちずもう䞀組だけなのに、隣同士に座らせおるこず、 チェックむン埌、散歩しようず荷物をフロントに預かっおもらうず、、、倖出はチェックアりトの粟算をしおからにしおず倖囜人スタッフに蚀われたした。しかも走っお远いかけおきお。こんなに滞圚人数が少なく、高いお支払をしおいるのに、お客様の顔も芚えおいない察応、次の日も荷物を預かっおもらい、取りに行くず、スタッフは右埀巊埀しお、埅たされたす。 フロントには、䜕人も人がいる割に連携がないようで、党お察応が遅いです。高い割に、ホスピタリティヌは、䜎いホテルでした。
