"The location was great about a 12 minute walk from Paddington station which we took the Elizabeth line (15minutes) from Heathrow. Upon arriving early they took our bags while our room was getting cleaned so we could grab some lunch. Everything in the room had recently been updated from carpets to crown mouldings. It had a dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as 2 washrooms and 2 bedrooms. It was very spacious for two parents and two teenagers. It was also very walkable to the hop on hop off bus...

"Had single room, small but perfectly cozy - thoughtfully designed. Location is excellent, walkable to Paddington and many restaurants and convenience stores. Staff are efficient, sorry did not get names but auburn haired receptionist, young maintenance lad and day doorman/Apr 4 all offered smiles and are friendly… others not so much."
