"Great service overall and property was comfortable and rooms were well designed. Staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. The main negative was that the whole property was a little tired and in need of refurbishment and sun beds were not the comfort one would expect at a 5* property. "

"Overall i was happy with my stay. We had one of the private pool villas and it was totally worth it. The sunrise in the morning was great as it came up just opposite us. Nice views of the sea etc. For this alone I was very happy. The breakfast was good enough. The egg station was good. A reasonable amount of choice and you can sit outside with a nice view when having breakfast. The main pool is ok but no one seemed bothered to clean around it (people left rubbish etc). "Nice hotel near Lamai beach, which is a more laid back part of the island. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, but not a lot o shopping choices.
The pool area is nice area to lounge, overlooking the beach.
The breakfast buffet for an additional $11 was a good deal for what you get - a variety of Western & Asian cuisine that was so delicious.
The professional staff are friendly, welcoming & accommodating."
