"Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept.
Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!"
