"J’ai passé seulement une nuit au Grand Hyatt et je suis arrivée tard en soirée. Ainsi il est plus difficile d’avoir une opinion objective étant donné que n’ai fait que dormir sans utiliser les différents services. Par contre, le meilleur point en leur faveur est leur situation géographique près de tout à Séoul. Si je revenais à Séoul, je choisirais cet hôtel pour mieux l’apprécier."

"Amazing hotel, very high class. Not the most family oriented, but to be honest this is not the hotel to stay in when you have more than 1 child. Some areas of the hotel are not accessible depending on how you booked your stay or the package you choose. With that said, they did accommodate us a role away bed for our kids, offered an upgraded room for space, and even gave us a credit to be used for dinning or room service during our stay. とても親切にしていただき、広い部屋に大満足でした
会員登録すると、チェックインの時間も早めに出来てチェックアウトも12時とゆっくり出来てホテルのおかげで良い旅になりました。
3名での宿泊なので、カードキーが3枚あればと思ったことと
