"This is our third stay at the pullman aerocity. The room and facilities are great. I would however say that we were disappointed with the executive floor lounge. Various drinks (spirits) had run out and instead of just restocking we were asked if we wanted them to try and restock.... We were not provided with any information at checkin, basics like breakfast times. We were also called in our room on day 2 to say we had to go to reception to sign something for our 2nd night, then told we had...
