"The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. "The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. The shared pool access rooms are definitely worth it and really enhanced the experience. The pool bar was also a highlight, and Elissa in particular provided fabulous service throughout our stay. That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of what you would expect from a true 5* hotel. The vegetarian food options were quite limited and unfortunately was not very good...

"All inclusive and very chill. Food in main resteraunt in my opinion was very good, though some of the resteraunt dinning experiences were lack luster and would not do again. Very good for families though would be.nicer if had a program for children. At this point would recommend, though construction is a bit poor and in a few years may be run down. Had ants on balcony on third floor coming from crack in structure, and saw lots of little deterioration of the property."
