"I accidentally left my jewelry there and called nack asking them to hold my room without cleaning until I got there. I returned in about an hour and a half, they had a cleaner in there who had found the case my jewelry was in, but mysteriously my $5000 rings were missing (but not my inexpensive earrings). "Great place to stay! We landed at Pearson at 12:30 am and our next flight was not until 4:15 pm. They let us have a 2:00 pm late checkout. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great hotel!"

"The unit had a kitchenette, but plates and cutlery needed to be rented, which was odd.
Parking, breakfast etc were good, room was fairly clean. The property needs more attention to communal touch point, touch pads, elevator walls etc. not the worst ive stayed in, or the best."

"The Hitlon Airport Garden Hotel was very clean and the rooms were well furnished. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with a cook ready to prepare any style of eggs you wanted. The buffet had everything you could imagine for breakfast and the servers were right there to greet you and bring you coffee. The shuttle service was on time and very efficient.
Standards like this are not often encountered today even in the better hotels.

"At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night."

"I enjoyed my stay at One King West. My room was quiet and well insulated against noise, the beds were very comfortable, the space to work was well organized with a real office chair. There was a kitchenette that I did not use, but could be convenient. It was ackward to hang clothes in the kitchen, but there are drawers under the tv. The bathroom was very clean and there was good water pressure. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. Internet was a little slow, but was good enough to work....
