"Excellent resort style facilities including a huge beautiful pool and an XL jacuzzi. However, there was an upcharge on almost everything, late checkout, lower floors, room not facing the parking lot, room with a little balcony and no breakfast at all. The rooms were up to date and very clean, but there were few surfaces to put your bag or travelling stuff on. This and the 'harried' service lowers this to being more like a HOTEL, than a longer (vacation ) stay Resort. Location excellent, short...

"The room was nice and had a small balcony. It was hard to regulate the temperature, but it is Florida and very hot outside. We did find a dead bug near the balcony door. No big deal and the carpet needed cleaning, but again not filthy just some spots between the two beds."

"Very strong chemical smell in the room, probably from cleaners but hard to breathe. So strong that even the first night when I was home, my CPAP still had the chemical smell when I put it on the next night. Single occupancy meant I expected only one towel, but a washcloth or hand towel would have been nice also."

"The property needs an upgrade. The ac units didn't function properly, bedding seemed old and worn, elevator was malfuctioning as it had to be opened and closed by hand, and the air conditioning in the lobby was not working."
