I am asking a refund for this stay… it was DIRTY, we had to CHANGE ROOMS for various reasons, the breakfast was cold ( eggs, sausage, etc) and coffee was undrinkable. Please help by compensating us for a bad adventure at this hotel."

"Rooftop bar closed on Monday and Tuesday 😖 The lobby is tastefully done, room was huge! Balcony view is excellent. Location, perfect! Many of the places in the building were closed off with do not enter signs. One cannot go down the stairs as the ground level door is locked! Maybe one day it will be a “boutique” hotel.. The pool is large and surrounding area well maintained. And yes, I would stay there again! It’s just a work in progress! "

"This place should be shut down for immediately reconstruction. The staff was not professional, the first night stay we couldn’t the television to change from one channel. Had to contact the front desk three times. The toilet ran all night long. The AC sounded like a freightliner truck, dog barking, people’s closing doors all night long. People hanging around on the outside of the property. If it’s I would like a refund"
