"Clean , comfortable, good breakfast not only carbs , there were boils eggs, sausages and other tasty foods"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Air worked great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good with some nice options. The woman who took care of that was on it and worked pretty hard to make sure people were happy with everything. Coffee and tea was always available 24/7. Parking was never a problem. I will definitely stay here again when in town. "

"Rooftop bar closed on Monday and Tuesday 😖 The lobby is tastefully done, room was huge! Balcony view is excellent. Location, perfect! Many of the places in the building were closed off with do not enter signs. One cannot go down the stairs as the ground level door is locked! Maybe one day it will be a “boutique” hotel.. The pool is large and surrounding area well maintained. And yes, I would stay there again! It’s just a work in progress! "

"The property on the outside looks good but on the inside is another story. The smell of urine in the room you can see the mold in the AC unit and the lamp. Tried to fight the charge as we didn’t even/ couldn’t stay they didn’t have any other room to offer and with asthma that wasn’t the place to stay. Even for one nite. "

"Walls were paper thin so you could hear the people next door breathe basically. The room smelled terrible and moldy. Everything was unplugged when we got in the room. We went and bought a sheet and blanket because we didn't want to lay on that bed."

Had to contact the front desk three times. The toilet ran all night long. The AC sounded like a freightliner truck, dog barking, people’s closing doors all night long. People hanging around on the outside of the property. If it’s I would like a refund"

"Charming inn in a charming walkable historic town. The restaurant was very good and the front porches can’t be beat. If you are open to the character a historic property lends, you will be fine. If you are expecting Hilton amenities, stay at Hilton on the main drag."

"During our visit, the pool—one of the main amenities offered—was not usable. The pump/motor was not working, the water was stagnant, and maintenance was actively adding chemicals into the pool while guests were present. This situation raised serious safety concerns and prevented us from using an amenity that influenced our decision to book your hotel. We were not informed of this issue prior to arrival."

"We loved our room, the Victoria Rose. As a studio, it had a beautiful bedroom and nice living room with a couch/sofa bed and 65 inch TV with free Netflix. We loved our private screened porch! The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. It was just a weekend trip, but we had a wonderful time and will not hesitate to visit the Estate at Mount Dora again. We highly recommend it!"
