Clean room. Small for 3 people with little room for manoeuvre. Need to be okay with lifts, as 17 floors. Good breakfast included. Friendly staff and in an easy position to reach the train station and the city centre.

Requested an early check the reception when they finally answered the phone after 5 attempts to call. Novotel Birmingham Centre
Room was ok, tv remote wasn’t fully working but that was no major issues and there were some marks on the bedding even though it was clean. Decor could do with a refresh and the room was very warm but a comfortable stay
