"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much.
I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"An absolute gem of a find. We booked for my birthday at the end of last year, loved it so much, went back this last weekend for our anniversary. The quiet location, the lovely food, the friendly staff, all make for a really gorgeous overnight treat. Whilst last time we stayed in the four poster bed room, we opted for the balcony room this time. It was a little tired and in need of some TLC but none the less, it was a lovely stay. "

We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room.

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"This place is great in so many respects, but particularly in regards to the location to a beautiful part of the city of Bath. The guest house is right in between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. Everything you might want is within walking distance including some great restaurants. We highly recommend this facility. I can't comment on the staff since we had no interaction with them. The guest house used a lockbox to provide us with our keys."
