"Beautiful room. Wouldn’t recommend parking as there isn’t anywhere. The location is right near the bus stop and can hear it all night and loud bangs from very early the morning. The bed was comfortable."

"A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it."

"This is a beautifully furnished, elegant hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. It’s in a quiet part of the town and with easy walking to Montpellier. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality tea, coffee-making machines. A fridge with a bottle of water is a thoughtful addition, the toiletries are Occitane, and the towel are of good quality cotton. The room had air conditioning which was essential during a heat wave. "Beautiful hall and surroundings. Dinner was excellent. My room was spacious and clean. The staff make this place amazing, they are all so lovely. Solveiga stood out the most, I was lucky enough to have her check me in and out and she is honestly the most wonderful person. I hope she gets the credit she deserves."
