"The property has been updated on two of the floors. I have stayed there many many times over the last 10 years and this was the best stay yet! I was as I was in a renovated room and it was beautiful. The new team were very attentive. The only thing I would recommend is to have a phone in the room to call Reception."

"Worst night sleep I’ve had for a while. There are bars right outside and they will keep you up until the people go home. I had a person in the room next to me talking at 2am loudly on the phone, the walls must be super thin.

A definate plus since I stayed at Hilton Garden near Heathrow on my return home & learned the hardway that washcloths are a "special" request item.
