Hotel dekat Black Rock Canyon

"Great!!!!"

"We went there for the outdoor tub, but there was no hot water, just lukewarm water."

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"I was overcharged at hotel for hotel fees by $6 initially & when brought to the guy @ check-in he didn’t offer an explanation or try to resolve. I was informed that parking was $16 which was not on the Expedia website. So it was wan extra charge I was not expecting (undocumented fees) between the increase of the hotel fees & SELF parking fees it was approximately 1/2 the price of the hotel. Luckily the “hotel” fees were reduced on final receipt by Expedia. But the parking fee when I asked...

"Clean room and easy access to Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree."

"The environment is relaxing. There is 1 jacuzzi, 1 pool and a few saunas. The amenities are available 24 hours. They also have complimentary breakfast in the morning (bagels, yogurts, oatmeal) along with coffee, water, tea, and hot cocoa. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would come back again, even if it’s just for the day pass."

"Exceptional place, so quiet, so beautiful and exceptional team, so kind, so calm"

"Rene the receptionist was magnificent!! We stayed one night and it was a wonderful experience!! Beautiful place! Very clean. Would definitely stay again. Wish I was still there!"

"The bungalows were a perfect place to stay. Be sure to walk the property to experience the healthy Joshua Trees and dessert landscape. These are a perfect blend of organic Frank Lloyd Wright architecture where your living design joins the outdoor landscape seamlessly. They are a quiet retreat that are touched by beautiful dessert light especially at sunrise."

"I booked this place For my parents for the weekend, they absolutely loved it ! It was very clean , amenities up to date , room was very clean, kitchen clean bathroom. The staff and owners extremely nice, friendly and attentive. The pool was very well maintained and clean . They would definitely come back again . 10/10"

"This place was really neat. It was really clean and set up well. The vibe and decorations are great. The backyard is like a paradise with the pool and everything else out there. We would definitely stay here again. Having the two and a half bathrooms makes it easy and quick for a family to all get baths and ready for the day or bed."

"Only problem was with housekeeping bringing unpaid guest and a child to enjoy all the amenities that was only required for paying adults.. Showed up and accessed my room to only find housekeeping staying in what was suppose to be my room. Wine, used towels, bed unmade. Thought it was a double booked room then found out it was the maid staying in the room that was booked to me. Very unprofessional"

"This was not my first stay at Azure Palm Hot Springs. I returned for the peaceful atmosphere, mineral pools, and the chance to relax in a quiet oasis. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. However, some guests made it impossible to relax. In the salt room, guests wore such strong perfume that I could no longer comfortably stay there. Around the pool, people had loud phone...
