"Terrible place for tired travelers, the check in is at the freaking BAR. A very loud bar, plus game room plus dining room all sharing the space, I might add with very loud dance music. You could not even hear the check in person and she was quite rude. The restaurant and bartenders were overwhelmed. ..."

"It required a lot of steps to access the front desk and the breakfast area. While the outside ramp was useful for the front desk, it was no help with the breakfast area. (My wife has a bad hip and needs a cane.) The location was excellent and Grassmarket Park was lovely."
