"The safety gates closed at night .the restaurant is awsome.the staff are fantastic.so good going for a walk around and you can use the gym and pool also.best place to stay in the west."

"The lady at Reception was so incredibly helpful and lovely to me! She was so kind and just LOVELY!!!! Cannot rate highly enough. The shower needed some maintenance and I told the man and he said he would get onto it. I'm sure noone has simply told them. cannot recommend highly enough! would definitely stay again!!!"

"Everything was great, except the temperature of the hotel! it was in the mid to high 30s. Even with the aircon on full and set to 18, the room was too hot to sleep in. This was particularly bad as i was attending an event that required a good nights rest! Hotels should focus on sleep and rest quality, the temperature was far to high. It was also confirmed by other guests at the time."
