"The hotel smelled of air fresheners and the pool was nearly the size of a hot tub. The location was good, but the parking situation was pay by the day. The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it."

"Found hair on my pillow and in the bathroom sink. Requested rooms beside or near each other. Showed up and rooms were on different floors. Then got offered a room with one king bed when I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Someone had to sleep on the floor."

"This hotel was way more than I expected it to be. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful with what we needed. It was in a great location l. Everything you needed was less than a ten minute drive away. If I would give a con about the place would be that the water pressure was low and the water could have been hotter otherwise it was a great stay."

"Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!"

"The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and spacious. That said, breakfast was just day-old pastries and lukewarm coffee, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was with the Expedia Platinum perks. We usually book VIP hotels for the benefits, but they weren’t really honored here. "This is a place that I will come back to often! It’s in a central areas so many things to do near by, it’s clean, renovated, easy parking, nice amenities and great food! There was a booking error on my part the staff adjusted things with no problem and a great attitude. 10/10 Loved my experience here!"

"The hotel was right next to University of Maryland which we were visiting and the tour started in the hotel conference room. Hotel lobby and rooms were very modern. Great restaurant and coffee shop on the property. Also, rooms were large and comfortable."

"I would not recommend staying at Sonesta Select Greenbelt College Park. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The hotel is poorly maintained and appears to be falling apart. The biggest issue was that our bathroom toilet flooded, creating an unsanitary situation.
