"This is more of a motel than a hotel. It was clean and quiet. No construction going on during our stay. Airport is not to far away so planes do fly over but it was never an issue as far as noise in the room. “Continental breakfast is super basic. Some fruit, bagels, yogurt, packaged pastries and waffle maker but there was never waffle mix during our stay. "This was our third atay at Citizen M and while we didnt get a beautiful view this time around, we did get early check-in, the friendly staff as well as self check-in option, and the usual comfy bed and uber modern room experience. Started our evening in the lounge with an impeccably crafted “Old Fashioned” and ended our night after the Mariners home opener with a couple of beers and delicious pizza from the kitchen to take back to our room."

"I booked a room with Expedia at Sheraton Grand Seattle for 4 nights, paid in full, but had checked in one day late due to my flight being cancelled by the airline. "Staff was great. Location is perfect but the property is run down and low water pressure"

"Nice location near waterfront; 5th floor deck was best part about stay. Shower water was not hot enough and room was slow to heat up. My room had a lot of elevator noise which I wouldn't expect for the price."

"Great location. Rooftop Bar service was slow and drinks were not good. The room was nice but the temperature was so warm. We had it set to 60 but the room temperature didnt drop below 71. I love the ambiance of this hotel and the rooms themselves but lighting is definitely an issue. As a woman, a lit up mirror for make up would be a huge plus. "
