"Hotel is under renovations. Pool is closed. We had a room facing the highway and we could hear everything including the truck brakes at 2am. Also, this is no fault of theirs, but the smoke alarm went off at 2:30am for about half and hour, so my wife and I decided to leave then. "

"Room was clean but could hear people/noise in hallway as the room was on ground floor. Great location to stop between Florida and Toronto, Canada. Pool and hot tub looked unhealthy so we didn't bother with either. Breakfast was simple, had the basics including waffles, bagels, cereal, hot cereal packs and some fresh fruit. Coffee was disgusting and tasted like it was a day old. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a good place to stay, but don't expect anything fancy."

"The staff was helpful and courteous, but we encountered some issues. We had a slow drain upon check in. A staff came in to pour some treatment down the drain, but it didn’t help too much. We asked for another bottle. Didn’t help either. We just decided to deal with it. The breakfast the first morning was not great - the sausage patties were so dry that they warped and couldn’t be poked through by a fork. "Room was clean and everything worked well, gym was nice and the main lobby was very cool with coffee and tea and a pool table! Staff did a great job with assisting me with my booking mishap. Overall good stay, would book again."

"I stayed in an accessible room which to my surprise was on the second floor at the far end of the hall. The rooms are usually located at ground level. Also no wheelchair designated parking. Note that the bathroom was outstanding and VERY clean and maintained!"

"What a gem! Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant/Bar serve an excellent variety of dishes and cocktails. Rooftop lounge (although bar wasn’t open yet for the season) offers a fabulous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Looking forward to a return visit in season and to explore quaint Wytheville!"
