"Toilet seat cover could be replaced, and bug coils or traps placed in the rooms. Two giant centipedes were running around. WiFi was fine, service was really good from the staff. Outdoor pool area was beautiful "

"From the moment I arrived, I was utterly captivated by the magnificence of Shankara Munduk Bali. I went here with my friend from Japan and they really like it. The villa itself is clean, very affordable price for this luxury accommodation and it’s near from banyumala waterfall and lake tamblingan as well. The breakfast itself, I really love the Munduk Pancake, it’s unique and not too sweet. After went to waterfall, I ate lunch in the villa. The Indonesian food was amazing, love the plating....

"The property was excellent and the service was great. The only issues I would mention is the distance you have to walk to the Villa. There a a number of steps up and down the mountain. Also the number of staff are limited so getting hold of them can be a challenge. Also it was hard to communicate without knowing the language. But the staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommended the 3 Bedroom Agung Villa but take note if you are staying with the kids that the pool is not blocked off. But...

"Wir haben ein Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang gehabt. Es war einfach nur traumhaft.😍 Speisen wurden auf Wunsch ins Zimmer gebracht. Wer lediglich ein paar Tage absolute Ruhe und eine traumhafte Aussicht sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.Dann jedoch das Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang buchen! Um in die Stadt zu kommen gibt es mehrmals täglich einen Shuttle vom Hotel aus oder man braucht einen Scooter."

Staff so accommodating and friendly, a hidden gem right in the heart of Canggu. We actually tried to stay a second time and were gutted it was fully booked so definitely book in advance! "

"My stay at Umah Anila was perfect! The bed was a nice firm tempur pedic bed and the wifi was amazing so I could take video calls from my room. The room is bare bones so bring your own soaps and hairdryer but for the price, that's understandable. It's also tucked away on a quiet street so you'll be able to sleep and you will need to roll your suitcase to end of the street to meet cars but that's Ubud so no big deal there. The family is so kind and will offer you daily breakfast and anything...

"A beautiful room and pool over looking the jungle, so relaxing. Staff were wonderful, delivering a delicious breakfast to the room each morning. There was bottled water available in the room. They organised a taxi to pick me up at the airport for about $40AUD. Nice quiet area with some good restaurants, about 20 min walk into the centre of ubud."

"The photos don't truly capture how beautifully landscaped the property is, with lush, beautiful tropical plants everywhere. If you're after a 'jungle' experience, this is for you (surprisingly few mosquitos!) The rooms are cute and basic, but comfortable with great vistas of the jungle. I like how you're supporting a family-run business too. "
