"Hotel is beautiful and staff was amazing. Location was near 1 train and many options for food nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise at night. We stayed on the street side at the intersection and it was loud. Also, the doors to all the rooms are very heavy and slam shut. It’s a lot in the middle of the night to hear all the doors slamming shut. Other than this, the stay was great and the hotel itself is beautiful."

"Wonderful hotel stay across the board. The room: Excellent AC, windows that opened (with screens). Room layout was optimized creating surprisingly open feel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Working refrigerator. Lovely tiled bathroom (clean with nice amenities).
The staff: Everyone was kind and helpful without feeling overbearing.
The in-house cafe: Coffee, tea and water available all day. Nice selection of breakfast pastries and orange juice available from 7-10:30am.

"The hotel was in an excellent location with subways near by taking you all around Manhattan. Brooklyn bridge was a 10 minute walk and the 9/11 memorial , Wall Street was a 5 minute walk.This was my second visit to New York and found this hotel and location far better than staying in Times Square."
