"The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...

My family and I arrived after an 11-hour drive to Apple Valley MN, with four children, including one with mold allergies. "System was not working at time of check in. Two men at counter, only 1 acknowledged me. The other might have been IT but thought he could let me know that. Also fridge was unplugged and we are not certain why."
