"Hot tub was closed. The water in the kids pool area was alot greener than it probably should have been. Theres no bathrooms in the pool area you would have to go either to your room or take a hike to the nearest bathroom which makes sense why the kids pool was so murky looking. "

"Breakfast was good , room was good, staff was mostly nice. The front desk person was not very friendly and was a bit short with his words. I reserved my room on Expedia and it didn’t say anything about parking lot charge and the deposit too it didn’t say anything when I reserved it. "

"The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Was a bit worn down in terms of some of the furniture (some peeling of the covers, hard water stains in the shower) but nothing crazy. Overall super enjoyed our stay. People were so polite and the food in the restaurant was delicious. "

"Stayed here with my family and everything was wonderful. The staff are so nice and the kids loved the pool area. Breakfast was pretty good too! The location was perfect if going to the Mall of America. Will definitely be staying there again! "

"Everything worked out perfectly with a shuttle service as needed. Friendly check in and nice room to sleep a few hours. The shuttle driver was helpful. We were able to make it to our early morning flight easily. "

"Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly, the hotel is in great condition and the beds comfortable. Perfect location near the Mall of America and a quick drive to The University of MN and concert venues near downtown. I will definitely stay here again."
