"Location was great. Room was very clean. Staff was great.
One issue is that someone next to us was smoking a few times each night and because of the shared door between the rooms we smelled smoke. We called the front desk and they sent someone up right away and they sniffed around, smelled smoke as well, knocked next door and the people next door insisted they were just cooking noodles. So they told us it was just noodles as the verdict and not to worry.
Well, we do know what cigarette smoke smells like, and if it is noodles, it still smelled, but it WAS cigarette smoke, and after complaining they cut it back to three packs of noodles a night for the duration of our stay.
Walls are thin, we could hear people snoring at night next door. Other than that, nice clean place and if the price was a bit cheaper we'd stay there again if ever in London."
