"Had some many things go wrong in our room. Fan on the balcony broke and a live wire was sparking. Outlet on balcony blew out and had to be capped. Washer broke. Water leaking in room on my son while he slept. Several lights in the rooms not working. Some of this related to storms, but most just bad luck or lack of upkeep. They did comp us for the inconveniences, but simple removed some hidden charges. A beautiful place and the ocean and pool and saltwater pool are amazing, but will not ever be...

"Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain "

"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. "Kona is too citify we want a more rural surroundings "

"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
