"We didn't have anything from the kitchen. The front desk person, Lauren was on duty when we actually checked in. We had to wait 20 minutes for her to answer the phone several times, then stay on another call to help someone plan a trip 2 weeks from now. I actually said "put her in hold" so 3 of us waiting in line could get into our pre-booked room. Obviously needs some training. "The room we stayed in was very nice and the bed was comfortable! The room did seem a little bit old but you could tell they had done some work recently to make the room look nicer. The air conditioning was ok and made the room comfortable but I would've liked it to be a but stronger. All in all, VERY good experience for the price!"

Front desk, not particularly well staffed as calls were not picked up or answered on a few occasions. I would not go back and in fact, we cut our stay short and moved to a property down the street."
