"This place offers really nice, clean, and spacious rooms. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s also a short walk to downtown. I can tell the owner cares about their business by how well he takes care of the property. I really recommend it if you plan to visit downtown."

"It isn't what you liked about the property, it should be what wasn't their to like about the property. Only issue I had was I wanted to tip housekeeping, they have a digital option and I had no cash. The QR code to scan, pointed to a link that did not function. I tried also at the front desk but there was no available option to leave a tip for the hardworking housekeepers."

"The hotel itself felt somewhat run-down. In the elevator, you could hear the cables or mechanical system pulling it up and down, and it came to a noticeably strong stop instead of moving smoothly and quietly. The pool room and pool were both fairly small. The room was also very warm and had a strong chlorine smell, which made the enclosed space feel somewhat claustrophobic. "Let's first address the 'parking fee', it says you will be charged $22-$25 per day, who or what determines which you'll be charged? It cost us $49 to park at the hotel for 2 nights (which included a $1.50 per day 'service fee'. Next, we did not ask for an ADA room, yet we got one. The bathtub did not have a non-slip mat (was very dangerous) and the shower head barely covered my 5'1" height! With all the 'tourist' and other unexpected fees, we will NOT be staying with Hyatt again!"
