"I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly clean the room was kept. Cleanliness is the number one factor for my enjoyment of a hotel room. The man who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful (South Asian with a British accent). He saw me coming out of my room on the day I checked out and ran up to carry my bag down the stairs. It would be nice to have some breakfast snacks in the mornings but overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"very sparkly new/clean. Night staff was a little odd- no one was at the desk when we arrived and 2 others and I had to wait quite a while for someone to return to check in. In our room was a table lamp with no bulbs so we went back down to request bulbs and were told we should change rooms instead. After waiting to check in after a long day, we were tired and didn't change rooms. Why not just give us bulbs, I don't know. No coffee maker in the room, oddly. "Was absolutely the best place to stay to visit San Jose and San Francisco, breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in my life the dinner was as well chef was really good felt really private was and awesome place to stay for the game ! I will be recommending people to stay at this hotel ."

"This was our first time staying here and was surprised at how nice the rooms were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only we had an issue was the breakfast that was provided each morning is was kinda limited not much variety, the bacon was good but the eggs were really dry. Even though with this issue we would definitely consider staying here again. Loved how closed everything was within walking distance like great mall and Milpitas bart, the bus and light rail. "

"There was a lot of things that stood out. The room was very clean, there were great amenities including a place to purchase water ( at a reasonable price), ice machine, close by and a microwave and mini-fridge inside the room. I loved that there was a shuttle service to and from the airport that was really not too far at all. I would definitely come stay here again, next time I come to San Jose. "
