"Beautiful and quiet place in the middle of the neighborhood. Unique old mansion campus nice place to relax. Did not see too many staff around except the receptionists. Self manage like your own home, walk around the park inside the campus and enjoy the quite and stillness of the property surrounding by regular homes."

"The parking is not included and your car has to be parked by valet. The bathroom is not well cleaned. For the wifi internet you have to sign up in their website and it keeps spamming you!!!! Over priced. Staff are friendly."

"The hotel is really old. The room was not clean and had a very stingy smell inside the room. I bathroom had broken walls and fungus inside the shower area. I will not come back here ever again."

"This place is run down, with a strong smell of bleach. Fire alarm was removed, walls showed some type of running liquid That is now dried, signs of mold everywhere, metal lamps and metal components in room showed rust. Did checked in around 5:30 PM and checked out same day around 8:00 PM. Overall condition of hotel is very poor maintenance. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unsafe."

"Quality inn San Jose airport is a regular 2-star hotel. Everything is clean and is maintained well, but don't expect luxury accomodation here. My room was clean and neat, amenities included a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker. A small wardrobe, writing table along with king size bed. The mattress was excellent (I like it slightly on the firmer side and that was exactly how it was), the pillows and bedspreads were comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet is a small spread, daily the same...
