"Super nice management at check in and check out. The room was really clean and renovated. The shower worked well and was modern looking. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. We knew in advance there was no coffee maker, thus we brought our own mugs and instant coffee. There about 6 eating places across the street, plus a Safeway store, within a 5 min walk. A bus stops right in front of the door. We would definitely recommend this inn."

"Hotel Front staff was very helpful, When I find out I had two booking, Gentleman at Front Desk help me advice me to how to cancel my another booking. I'm very grateful the Front Desk Staff's attention to detail. Room is always clean and fresh. Room attendant is always helpful. Breakfast is always Fresh, and lot's of choice. Buffett attendant is always helpful. Bar has lot's of choice on Beer that I like, also the meals Pasta I had and Hamburger with Mushroom I had was very delicious. I liked...

"Loved the proximity to downtown and walking distance to the SAP center. Staff was extremely friendly from the desk to the valet and the bar. We will definitely stay there again"

"The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud, so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. However, the room became very cold in the middle of the night. Also, the breakfast was not as described in the listing. It was far from a continental breakfast and overall felt very basic and below expectations."

"There was bags on the smoke alarms. The maintenance came and removed them and said people put them on because they smoke weed. The room smelled like weed bad I complain to staff nothing was done. My kids coughed all night. Complained to staff again and nothing was done. Terrible terrible terrible place."

"Beautiful historic building very nice well appointed room. Great cleaning staff and amenities in the room. Just wish they had double panes windows bc it can get noisy. Otherwise very charming lovely stay."
