"I picked Best Western because I thought it would be the BEST choice. It didn’t turn out to be the best. The property needs updating. Furniture was older as well as the bedding. TV was difficult to watch without instructions to connect to a channel. There was not a menu option. Breakfast choices were several."

"The fire alarm went off at 5:30am no one came to check due to the maintenance was not there until 8 We had to leave the hotel early even though we check in at midnight. I’ve requested hotel refund but no one has call me back waiting now"

"The entire lodging sections of the hotel is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. The carpet in the room is actually sticky, and frankly, disgusting. Whomever owns the facility lacks the understanding of the word CLEAN!"

"You do not get what you pay for. The property is very run down, there are no amenities to really speak of. But what's worse is there is absolutely NO SECURITY on the premises. The phone system did not work in both rooms I stayed in.The nighttime activity is at a high. The rent is not cheap, I expected more than what was here.
