"Excellent location. Spacious, clean room."

"We stayed here for 2 days and i noticed a few reviews that had me questioning my decision in booking it. But it was better than i expected. Small issues were the ice machines not working and the one in the lobby was empty. The elevators were so slow we have to take the stairs that lead outside behind the hotel. The positive were the rooms were clean, they gave us water bottles when we checked in and the breakfast was SO GOOD. So many options for their continental breakfast that was restaurant...

"The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The gentleman managing the property was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out before our conference was over, and he kindly let us leave our car parked there for the rest of the day at no extra charge—and we didn’t even have to move it. I highly recommend this place to stay. It was about half the price of most other hotels in the area, yet the rooms were twice as large. Most importantly, they were very clean, comfortable, and welcoming."

"Reception staff should be helpful when my visa didn't work with tap. Rather than laughing at my situation after a stressful trip and tell me there is no other choice than calling ur bank to activate the tap. I repeated that my tap doesn't work and insert the card works but the staff keeping denying saying it won't work. Finally after repeated call: "Can I at least try to insert it?" was able to do it and it worked. I'm a bit disapointed with the staff service. I was in a 3 stars hotel in SFO...

"Fresh eggs omelette would have been nice but the rest was good "

"Truly an amazing hotel, this is our second time staying here for an event in San Jose and this time we had a group of 8 rooms and everyone loved the hotel. Breakfast is yummy, the rooftop is perfect. He had a bbq on one dude and there was a wedding party taking pictures on the other. It was really nice. Rooms are nice and clean"

"Everything was excellent, especially Mark in the front reception desk. The only negative was the alarm clock that was set by the previous occupant that woke us up too early!"

"The hotel room is super clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It is very convenient; near San Jose Airport. It provides free bus shuttle, great driver. I will book the same hotel if I need to travel to San Jose. Thank you."

"Breakfast buffet was overpriced and pretty lame"

"When I got there I check in The room I got was dirty bed wss not made , old flowers and cans of beers We were so tired just wanted to go to our suite and rest"

"Very kind staff. Strong fragrance throughout hotel. carpets in hallway covered in towels and toilet ran all night with a loud screeching sound over and over. Standalone AC or heating unit in room had a drain into a large plastic milk jug. Overall it’s an older hotel with charm but some of these things did not create a good impression. We got to our room late and when we noticed the issues we were too tired to ask to be moved so I did not repot these concerns."

"Our waiter this morning was amazing, Location was across the street from where we needed to be. Those are my positives. Lost power early this am which caused this crazy beeping sound waking us up. Front desk didn’t seem to care one bit. And now what I will always mark a hotel down on NO Freaking HOT water in shower. After a freezing concert outside all I wanted was to take a hot bath(I know I’m strange I use bathtubs in hotels) no hot water like barely luke warm. Tried again this am to shower...

"Clean and good staff. Comfortable beds."

"The owner is super nice and you notice a big difference between staying at a corporate owned hotel.The property is lined with lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowers which he takes very well care of. Everything is very clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! Nice also to park right in front of your room."
