"Very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a Studio with Two Double Beds, but were given a room with one bed and an uncomfortable pull-out sofa instead. We checked in on time, yet the staff refused to provide the room we reserved and kept changing their explanation. The room wasn’t clean, and there were no pillows or bed sheets for the sofa bed.
