"Extremely intense sewer smell in the bathroom. You'd be breathing hydrogen sulfide gas whole time you take a shower. I felt quite sick after a few minutes. Plumbers visited to look at the problem but they did absolutely nothing. And the Marbella Lane ignored my complaint afterward. Stay away from any rental properties this company manages. "

"At first it seemed clean. Check in wasn’t overly friendly. We called down for extra towels and blankets, service not available for single night stay. The pool is freezing and they don’t keep towels stocked. All that I could overlook until breakfast. We found the largest cockroach I’ve ever seen under our breakfast table. No thank you!"

"This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long long time anywhere. Excellent staff. Excellent venue. Clean. New. Easy access to everything. Quick check in. Easy parking. The room was spacious. The shower was exactly like I like it, no curtain, step in without a bath tub, just glass and wide. It is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in the Bay Area and even internationally."

"The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained, though showing some age. We did not have breakfast there as $22.50 was more breakfast than we needed. We did enjoy one evening meal at the bar. Staff took care of our needs. They only clean rooms upon request. We stayed 5 nights and asked for towel exchange mid-stay."
