"I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived. "This was a hidden gem. It so exceeded our expectations. The reception staff was very friendly and personable. Our key card holder had a handwritten greeting with our name written on it. The lobby and room was like a woodsy lodge in decor. Our room was quiet with comfortable beds. There was a snack basket and a welcome note on the kitchenette counter. "Beautiful property with helpful staff! Very clean, nicely appointed rooms with everything one could need for a stay away from home. Loved the indoor pool and the Lazy River for relaxing floating. We will definitely return !"

"Room was clean and quiet."

"Great rooms! Great Breakfast! Comfortable Beds. Will stay at Graystone Lodge anytime we are in the Boone area."

"Everything was great and as described!"

"Very nice-staff helpful and nice as well. Good continental breakfast-only issue is turning on the shower -the door makes it impossible to not get wet. Poor design."
